At the beginning of this year, the Tongan highway department set up integrated automatic slope monitoring equipment for the key position of the slide of the provincial road 213 line with the South Road, which can monitor the slope situation in real time. The use of this technology not only saves manpower but also ensures the safety of personnel and improves the efficiency of highway maintenance.Since May 1, the Tongan highway department has continued to organize the inspection of no less than three times a day on the three mountain roads in the province of 213 lines, 217 lines, 507 lines and other areas, and comprehensively investigate the safety hazards such as sharp bends and steep slopes, water and cliffs, long downhill slopes, and villages and villages, and focus on organizing the investigation of slopes such as slides and slips that have occurred in previous years.
Recently, the Tongan highway department used the UAV inspection technology, using the advantages of strong mobility, high flexibility, wide monitoring range, and clear video images of the UAV, to conduct aerial overlooking patrol of the mountain slope in the district to determine whether there are cracks on the side slope; Whether high slope cut-off ditch, drainage ditch and other facilities are in normal operation; Whether there is a dangerous rockfall on the top of the slope.
With the help of the "air power" of the UAV, the highway department makes the inspection field of vision cover more widely, the inspection scope is effectively extended, and the safety risks existing in the inspection personnel climbing are avoided, and the hidden dangers of the mountain slope are investigated more comprehensively, the blind spots are reduced, the safety hazards are made clear at a glance, and the efficiency and quality of the inspection are improved.
At present, the investigation of all 24 slopes has been completed. At the same time, the high slope sections above 10 meters in the area have been combed and investigated, and a ledger has been formed. After investigation, no hidden safety problems have been found in the slope.
The highway special hidden danger investigation and rectification work, Tongan highway department also carried out the investigation and repair of potholes and drainage system cleaning work.
Immediately report and repair the potholes that exist in the management and maintenance sections, and actively contact the pipeline ownership unit to urge it to repair the damage around the manhole cover on the section.
At the same time, the drainage system of each section of the district is cleaned regularly, including the rainwater grates, side ditches, cut-off ditches, culverts, etc., and the drainage pipe of the water-prone section is dredged to dredge and silt, so as to better cope with the rainfall weather.
Recently, the Tongan highway department found 19 potholes, the highway department has been responsible for repairing 15, and the ownership unit has been repaired 4; Clean 1,768 rain grate, 10,800 meters of side ditch, 1,683 meters of cut-off ditch, 70 culverts, complete the dredging of 294 meters of pipes, eliminate hidden risks at the fastest speed, and ensure the normal operation of the drainage system in the area.
