Traditional ground-based firefighting equipment is often inadequate in the face of high-rise building fires, making it difficult to reach the source of the fire quickly and efficiently, and due to battery life issues, it can only stay aloft for about 15 minutes.

It is against this backdrop that MYUAV has launched its innovative FC dual tethered firefighting UAV system, which offers a new solution for fire safety in modern cities.

I. Advantages of tethered drones

▶ The tethered UAV is connected to the ground base station via a high-strength cable, ensuring its continuous power supply and communication stability. Compared to traditional drones, this design allows it to hover in the air for long periods of time and lift off to a height of 70 metres to continue fire-fighting operational tasks without the limitation of battery life, greatly enhancing the continuity and stability of rescue operations.

▶ The drone can currently carry a 40mm fire hose at a height of 30m and effectively extinguish fires within minutes. This feature is especially critical for high-rise firefighting missions that require sustained operations.

II. Detailed parameters

1. Height range: up to max70 metres in the air (25mm water pipe), capable of effectively covering most high-rise buildings.

2. Continuous operation time: according to the task demand, it can work continuously for 8 to 10 hours or even longer.

3. Load capacity: with a load capacity of 30kg, it can carry sufficient fire-fighting equipment. Supports mounting multiple environmentally friendly and efficient fire extinguishing bombs, suitable for dealing with many types of fires.

4. Spraying system: pressure resistance 2.5Mpa, burst pressure 3.2Mpa high-precision fire water gun, gun length 1950mm, nozzle effective range of 10-15 metres, able to accurately combat the fire source. 

                                               

5. Obstacle avoidance technology: the fuselage comes with phased array radar obstacle avoidance system, which can be safely flown in the complex fire environment.

6. Monitoring and commanding: integrated high-definition camera, real-time transmission of images of the fire scene, assisting the operator to carry out accurate targeting.

With its unique design concept and technical advantages, the MYUAV FC dual tethered firefighting drone not only improves the continuity and stability of rescue operations, but also greatly enhances the efficiency of firefighting and reduces the risk of casualties.
