Traditional cleaning methods are not only time-consuming and labour-intensive, but also pose certain safety risks. In order to solve these problems, MYUAV has developed an innovative drone product, FC30X, which can efficiently and safely complete the cleaning of building facades, truly realising the ‘drone washing building’.

MYUAV's FC30X is a multi-rotor drone designed for high-rise cleaning. Equipped with an advanced tethering system, the device can work continuously for 8-10 hours, has an extra-long endurance, and a single machine cleans an area of 6,000-10,000 square metres per day, which significantly improves the cleaning efficiency of drone building washing.

1. Preliminary preparation:
Before initiating the cleaning process, a thorough assessment of the target building is first required, which includes measuring the building height, width and wall conditions. Next, the FC30's high-precision GPS positioning and phased-array radar obstacle avoidance technology are utilised to plan the optimal flight route. In this way, the drone is able to cover the entire facade while maintaining a safe distance, ensuring that no areas are missed.


2. Spraying cleaning solution:
FC30X is equipped with special cleaning solution and electric remote control nozzle device. During the flight, the cleaning solution is first evenly sprayed on the outer wall to effectively remove dust, grease and other pollutants (adjust the amount of spray according to the actual situation to achieve the best results).


3. Flushing operation:
After spraying the cleaning solution, the FC30X will lift up to spray water again to completely remove the cleaning solution as well as the dirt that has just been removed. The special design of spraying the cleaning solution first, followed by the water, ensures a good cleaning effect.


4. Monitoring and feedback:

The entire cleaning process is monitored by the operator on the ground station. With the help of high-definition camera and data transmission system, the operator can check the working status of the drone in real time and make appropriate adjustments as needed.


5. Post-maintenance:
Once cleaning is complete, a final inspection of the building is required to confirm that all parts have been thoroughly washed. Also, the FC30X itself should be checked as necessary to ensure reliability for the next use.
