The drones and robotic equipment for this exercise include an oil-activated composite wing drone responsible for signalling, an electrically-propelled fixed-wing drone responsible for high-altitude reconnaissance, a multi-functional checking, fighting and transporting unmanned aircraft capable of dropping fire-fighting bombs, carrying a water spray gun, and tethered lighting and shouting equipment, a fixed airfield drone deployed on a grid, a vehicle-borne airfield drone deployed on the move, a portable thermal imaging drone, and an emergency rescue quadrupedal reconnaissance robot. The tethered equipment from MYUAV was one of the highlights of the exercise. The UAV is paired with a tethered lighting and shouting system, and through a special cable connection, the tethered UAV can receive a continuous power supply from the ground station, thus enabling it to hover for long periods of time, which makes it capable of steadily carrying out tasks such as monitoring and lighting from a specific location.

                                                

At the same time, the tethered technology provides protection for ground rescue and relief work. In nighttime rescue, construction and rescue work, the UAV provides safer lighting protection through aerial illumination; in disaster warning and on-site command work, more convenient means of command and communication can be provided through airborne broadcasting.

                                                

The exercise fully demonstrated the potential of drones and robots in modern emergency management systems. Drones and robots, in particular, have an irreplaceable role to play in improving response speed and enhancing rescue efficiency.
